Reflector Panels and curtains over the radators

The idea that i have is to trap heat in reflector panels. My reflector panels would bounce heat from outside into the room because you would put them on the window sill and angle them so that they reflected light and heat into the room.

One other idea I have to save heat is to keep curtains away from the radiators because if you put the curtains over the radiators the heat will get trapped in the curtains, rushes up the curtains and if the window is opened the heat will go out the window.
